Ingredients:
•1 bag of Al Jouf French Fries
•2 tablespoons butter
•2 tablespoons flour
•2 cups milk
•1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
•Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
•Fry Al Jouf French Fries according to package instructions.
•In a pot, melt the butter and add the flour, stirring for one minute.
•Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
•Add shredded cheese (if desired), and season with salt and pepper.
•Place the fries and the béchamel sauce on top.
